Given the constant evolution of laws and regulations on technology and the protection of personal data, it is likely that this Charter will be updated. If you are a user of the Site, you will be informed of any changes by mail.

1. WHAT DATA ARE COLLECTED BY FORWARD GROUP?

Depending on the nature and purpose of your interaction with e Groupe Forward (creation of a user account, subscription to the Newsletter, contact forms, and possible telephone exchanges) we are likely to collect the following data:

  • Your e-mail address will necessarily be required if you wish to create a user account, contact us via the contact forms and / or receive our Newsletter

3. WHY YOUR DATA IS COLLECTED?

The Forward Group has no access to your credentials and credit card numbers. We work in partnership with Paypal, the secure transaction specialist to avoid contact with your bank details. All transactions are secured using SSL encryption, guaranteeing both the identity of the payment institution and the confidentiality of the data.

For the sending of our Newsletters, our e-mailing campaigns are managed through the services of SendinBlue, SAS registered at the RCS of Paris under the number 498 019 298 and whose head office is located at 55 rue d ' Amsterdam, 75008 Paris VAT number: FR80498019298

All of the aforementioned subcontractors, service providers, Partners, or other third parties are constrained by contractual obligations to respect the confidentiality and protection of the Data and to treat them solely for the purposes for which we are transmitting them.

5. HOW LONG WILL YOUR DATA BE RETAINED?

The Forward Group keeps your Data only for the duration necessary for the purposes set out in Article 3. This retention period is not the same according to the Data in question, the nature and purpose of the collection being likely to vary. this duration. Similarly, some legal requirements impose a specific retention period.

When you subscribe to the Newsletter, we keep your email address until you unsubscribe.

When you contact Forward Sailing, Spinnaker One or Forward WIP via the contact form or contact us by phone, your data may be stored:

- up to one (1) year from the last contact if you do not have a customer account or order made on the Site.

- up to ten (10) years (Legal period) from the last order made on the Site, if this information concerns this order.

- In all other cases, the retention period of these exchanged Data may not exceed one (1) year without your consent.

With respect to your user account, all of your billing data is retained for ten (10) years from the date of purchase even if you have made a request to deactivate your user account .

If you request a deletion of Personal Data, your user account of the Site will be deactivated and anonymized, then completely deleted at the end of the aforementioned periods from the day you made the request. Finally, with regard to data collected by means of cookies or tracers, they will be kept for up to six (6) months for cookies or tracers measuring the audience and up to thirteen (13) months for others. Beyond the above mentioned retention periods, your Data will be anonymised to be kept for exclusively statistical purposes.
